ABOUT
WHO WE ARE
Values
The Yahteam Foundation believes that a better future is only guaranteed when equity is achieved so that all children are well cared for mentally, physically, and academically, regardless of their family situation.
Yahteam Foundation, founded by singer-songwriter Afraa, is dedicated to uplifting orphaned children by ensuring they receive essential support and the right to education. Our values of Compassion, Innovation, Collaboration, Resource, and Community align and strengthen our collective identity. These values reflect our founder’s inspiration and character. We also empower widows through various initiatives to enhance their social and economic status. Our foundation addresses critical issues such as domestic violence, maternal health, and financial independence, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Through community engagement and advocacy, we strive to create a better future for vulnerable populations.
Our Mission and Impact
At Yahteam Foundation, we provide a range of services designed to meet the needs of orphaned children and widows. Our educational programs equip children with the tools they need to thrive academically and socially. We also offer workshops focused on family empowerment and financial literacy to help widows regain their independence. Additionally, we work on raising awareness and providing support around issues like domestic violence and maternal health to foster a safer community. Our mission is not just to provide aid but to inspire change and build resilience within families.
